My Real Side generates deep-analysis personality reflections from a photo, a handwriting sample, or both — across modules including Face Reading, Handwriting Analysis, Compatibility, Career Fit, and Relationship Dynamics.

The Service is intended for entertainment and personal self-reflection only. It is inspired by physiognomy and graphology traditions and produced by a large language model. It is not a medical, psychological, psychiatric, or diagnostic tool, and it does not constitute professional advice of any kind. Do not use it as a substitute for consultation with a qualified doctor, therapist, or counsellor.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. If you are uploading a photo or handwriting sample of someone else (a partner, family member, colleague, or friend), you confirm that you have their permission to do so.

You retain all ownership of any photo, handwriting sample, or text you submit ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant us a limited, temporary licence to process it solely to generate your reading. See our Privacy Policy for exactly how images are handled and retained.

You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, that infringes someone else's rights, or that depicts a minor. We may refuse to process, or may remove, content that violates this section.

Many readings can be run without creating an account. Where an account or device identifier is used (for example, to apply a free reading limit or a referral credit), you are responsible for keeping any access to it secure.

Reports are sold as one-time purchases in Indian Rupees (₹) — there are no recurring subscriptions. Prices shown at checkout are final and include any taxes required to be shown by law. Payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway; we do not store your card or full payment details.

Where offered, referral credits are promotional and have no cash value. We may change, limit, or end the referral programme at any time, and may withhold or revoke credits obtained through fraud or abuse of the programme.

• Do not use the Service to harass, impersonate, or defame any person.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate bulk use of the Service.
• Do not use outputs from the Service to make hiring, credit, insurance, medical, or legal decisions about yourself or anyone else.
• Do not resell or redistribute reports as your own product or service without our written permission.

The My Real Side name, branding, website, and underlying software are our property or that of our licensors. Your generated report is yours to keep and share personally; the prompts, scoring methodology, and software that produce it remain ours.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Algorithmically generated readings are probabilistic interpretations, not facts about you or anyone else, and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or occasionally wrong. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, or from decisions made in reliance on a reading. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for anyone who violates these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [Your City, State] will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms, unless applicable consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
