A daily, small-step track built from each student's own blind spots, so the workshop doesn't end when the session does. In development, not part of the program yet.
How a cohort works
Three steps, one workshop.
Plan the cohort
Tell us the batch size and goal — placement prep, soft-skills course, or orientation.
Students run their readings
Each student uploads a photo (and optionally a handwriting sample) and gets their report privately.
Run the workshop
Placement cell or faculty runs a guided session: students discuss their reports, pair up for mock interviews, and leave with a 90-day plan.
What we're upfront about
- My Real Side is a self-reflection and coaching tool. It does not predict job performance and we do not promise placements.
- It must never be used by employers or colleges to screen, rank or reject candidates. It is for the student's own preparation.
- Students' photos are used for their reading only, are never saved, and are never shared with the college.
- Real placement outcomes still come from skills, projects, resumes and practice — this helps students prepare for them.
On the roadmap: anonymised batch-level summaries for placement cells (for example, which skill gaps are most common across a batch). Not available yet.
